Harbor Home Services LLC  is owned and operated by Richard Bell, a South Carolina State Licensed Contractor with a lifetime of experience in home repairs and remodels. Richard's background includes experience with all elements of the home repair and remodeling process, from flooring to roofing, trim carpentry and framing, tile floor and shower installation, decking, interior/exterior painting, and drywall installation. Richard's knowledge and experience allows for a wide range of home improvement solutions. 

Richard has experience working with all industry professionals (realtors, inspectors, flooring specialists, etc.) to ensure guidelines are followed and proper metrics are used in order to deliver a process that provides transparency and integrity through every step of your remodel needs.
